Boston IVF Expands Fertility Care in Maine with Reproductive Endocrinologist and Former Boston IVF Fellow Dr. Alexandra Huttler

PORTLAND, Maine--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Boston IVF, a leading fertility services provider in the Northeast and member of the IVI RMA North America network, announced that reproductive endocrinologist and infertility specialist Dr. Alexandra Huttler, has joined its Maine care team. Dr. Huttler is now seeing patients for in-person and telehealth appointments at The Portland, M Fertility Center, located at 778 Main Street, Suite 2.

Dr. Huttler earned her undergraduate degree from Duke University, and her medical degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Pennsylvania Hospital, part of the University of Pennsylvania Health System in Philadelphia, where she served as chief resident. Dr. Huttler completed her fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility with Boston IVF.

Committed to advancing reproductive endocrinology through research and innovation, Dr. Huttler authored several peer-reviewed publications. Her interests include the medical ethics of genetics in IVF, assisted reproductive technology (ART) outcomes, and disparities in ART, with a particular focus on complex issues that affect patients and their fertility care. She combines this research perspective with thoughtful, individualized patient care.
