Dr. Guren is board certified in dermatology, and is currently accepting new patients in Ohio as part of AndHealth Dermatology. For Dr. Guren, quality dermatologic care begins with truly seeing the patient as a whole person. Bringing more than a decade of clinical experience in medical and surgical dermatology to AndHealth, she offers a broad clinical lens shaped by training in dermatology and 15+ years of experience. That foundation gives her the ability to evaluate complex and unusual skin conditions – from inflammatory disorders to rare dermatoses – allowing for diagnoses and treatment plans grounded in careful clinical observation.

A longtime member of Cleveland's dermatology community, Dr. Guren previously practiced dermatology with Allied Dermatology and Skin Surgery since 2015. She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, Women's Dermatologic Society, and Ohio Dermatological Association.

Dr. Guren completed her residency in dermatology at Cleveland Clinic, along with an internship in Internal Medicine. She received her medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine, where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society and received the Pathology Award for Outstanding Achievement. During her training, she co-authored peer-reviewed publications and presented on a range of dermatologic and dermatopathologic topics.
