CI Global Asset Management Announces Termination of PTF and PTFU Series Securities and Other Changes

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CI Global Asset Management (“CI GAM”) announces that the PTF and PTFU Series of securities have been closed to new purchases effective today and will be terminated as of the close of business on or about October 23, 2026.

The affected series (the “Terminating Securities”), which are listed below, will continue to be listed on NEO Connect until the close of business on or about October 23, 2026 (the “Termination Date”), when they will cease trading and be delisted. All outstanding Terminating Securities will then be redeemed for cash at their net asset value per security.

CI GAM encourages investors in the Terminating Securities to discuss their options with their financial advisor. Investors have the option of switching to another CI GAM fund, including a different series of the same fund, or choosing to receive the cash proceeds once the Terminating Securities are terminated and redeemed. No action is required by advisors or investors for the latter option. Both options are taxable events for investors holding Terminating Securities outside a registered plan.

The net proceeds from the redemption of the Terminating Securities will be distributed to securityholders on a pro-rata basis on October 23, 2026. Special distributions, if any, will be paid in cash to securityholders of record on October 22, 2026.
