Cameron Stephens Appoints Kevin Stark as Managing Director, Strategy & Investments

New role will oversee capital markets and investment management, supporting Cameron Stephens’ strategic expansion into new business lines and markets across Canada.

("Cameron Stephens"), a leading Canadian real estate investment firm with $3.8 billion in assets under administration, today announced that Kevin Stark has joined the firm as Managing Director, Strategy & Investments, effective September 14, 2026.

In the newly created role, Stark will lead Cameron Stephens' enterprise strategy and investment agenda, with responsibility for capital markets, investment management, corporate strategy and M&A, and the development of new products, joint ventures and structured investment opportunities. He reports directly to Steve Cameron, President and CEO, and joins the firm's Senior Leadership Team.

Over the course of his career, Stark has led or contributed to more than $5.0 billion in acquisitions of income-producing and development assets, including the construction of numerous purpose-built rental properties, and over $2.0 billion in financings.
