Nidec Announces the Resignation of the Representative Director and President Chief Executive Officer, and the Appointment of a New President Chief Executive Officer and Other Officers

KYOTO, Japan--(BUSINESS WIRE)--NIDEC Corporation (TOKYO: 6594; OTC US: NJDCY) hereby announces that Mitsuya Kishida, Representative Director and President Chief Executive Officer, resigned from his positions as Representative Director and President Chief Executive Officer, effective September 29, 2026. Accordingly, at the extraordinary meeting of the Board of Directors held on September 29, 2026, the Board of Directors resolved to appoint a new President and a new Representative Director, and nominate a candidate for Director.
