Supporting 10 Korean AI and Software Companies in Expanding into the ASEAN Market

Showcasing Proven Korean AI Technologies and Facilitating 1-on-1 Business Matching with Potential Clients

SEOUL, South Korea--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Korea AI·Software Industry Association (KOSA, Chairman Steve (Joon-hee) Joh) and MegazoneCloud (Chairman Max (Joo-wan) Lee) announced that they have jointly operated the "Korea Industrial AX Pavilion" at Tech Week Singapore 2026, a global technology exhibition held at the Marina Bay Sands Expo in Singapore from September 29 to 30.

Tech Week Singapore is a premier technology event in Singapore, attracting over 30,000 attendees across digital sectors, including cloud computing, data centers, artificial intelligence (AI), and cybersecurity.

As part of the ‘Corporate Partnership for Overseas Expansion Program’ administered by MegazoneCloud and KOSA, this initiative leverages MegazoneCloud's global network and market expertise to support Korean SMEs in developing international sales channels.

Ten Korean AI and software companies participated in the joint pavilion to expand into Singapore and the broader ASEAN market. By showcasing Korea's proven AI technologies and solutions driving AI transformation (AX) across industries, the initiative highlighted the competitiveness of the domestic AI ecosystem beyond individual brand promotion.

Participating companies represented three key segments of Korea's AI ecosystem: AI Infrastructure Solutions (Rebellions, Lablup, HyperAccel), Enterprise Solutions (Madrascheck, Scionic AI, Kiwontech), and Industry-Specific Solutions (WATA AI, PFC Technologies, Kristin Company, Cobaltix). The companies actively engaged in business exchanges by showcasing and demonstrating their core capabilities, including AI semiconductors, infrastructure, enterprise AI, and customized industry solutions.

Business matching sessions were actively conducted to facilitate practical global expansion for the participating companies. Intensive 1:1 business meetings were held with potential clients—including local telecommunications companies, data center operators, financial institutions, and global IT enterprises—to explore new business opportunities in Singapore and the broader ASEAN market.

On September 28, a day prior to the exhibition, a preliminary event was held at the OGBC Innovation Hub to help participants establish local networks. Hosted by MegazoneCloud, the private networking event “Mega Night in Singapore” brought together approximately 50 attendees, including representatives from participating companies, major local venture capital (VC) firms, and global IT companies, to foster strategic partnerships.

Following the event, KOSA and MegazoneCloud plan to provide structured follow-up support and ongoing initiatives to help the companies achieve tangible business results.
