Taco Bueno Brings Back Fan-Favorite Brisket and Street Corn Elote with Tajín®

Limited-time menu combines Texas-style brisket and Mexican street corn flavors, with guests able to make any brisket item “Elote Style” for just 30 cents.

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Taco Bueno is bringing back two fan-favorite menu items this fall: slow-cooked brisket and Street Corn Elote with Tajín®. Back by popular demand for a limited time, guests can enjoy brisket in tacos, quesadillas, and loaded queso. Street Corn Elote also makes a return and now includes Tajín®. Guests can order a side of Street Corn Elote or make their meal “Elote Style” by adding it to any brisket item for just 30 cents. The limited-time menu combines Texas-style smoked brisket with flavors inspired by traditional Mexican street corn, bringing together two fan-favorite flavors in a bold, customizable way.

Taco Bueno’s Street Corn Elote is proudly made with Tajín®, bringing a signature blend of citrus and mild heat to every bite. Through Taco Bueno’s partnership with Tajín®, the iconic chili-lime seasoning is incorporated directly into the recipe.
