Presto Raises $10 Million to Accelerate Voice AI Leadership

New funding builds on expanding QSR deployments, new customers, and continuous investment in product

SAN MATEO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Presto Phoenix, Inc. (“Presto”), the leader in enterprise-grade Voice AI for quick-service restaurants (QSRs), today announced it had raised $10 million in funding from Remus Capital-affiliated investors and other existing investors.

The capital comes amid continued momentum for Presto Voice™, including the expansion of its deployment with existing customers, launches with new customers, and rapidly expanding product capabilities. Presto has also recently announced partnerships with Toast and several best-in-class AI partners, including ElevenLabs and Bluejay, that are part of Presto’s proprietary AI platform.

“Over the past several months, we’ve continued to prove that Voice AI can deliver meaningful results at scale across some of the most demanding drive-thru environments and menus,” said Krishna Gupta, Co-founder and CEO of Presto. “We are investing heavily in product and operations as we help more of the industry adapt to the inevitable agentic future. Every QSR brand is realizing they must increase digitalization and standardization across their business, and Presto is the natural partner to help them do that for their largest channel – it all starts with Voice. I’m thankful to our investors for having backed us throughout.”

“We are pleased to see Presto’s progress and are fully supportive of the company and its leadership. AI is digitalizing the world, and we are now seeing clear tailwinds for QSR adoption to accelerate: the labor environment, the need to standardize best practices, and the realization that without the data there is no way to keep up with agentic leaders,” said John Tincoff from Remus Capital.

The capital will be used to enhance Presto’s position as the industry-leading provider of Voice AI for the drive-thru and enable it to expand its deployments, technology, and customer impact.
