Aurora Networks’ expanded portfolio paves the way for DOCSIS upgrades, the path to 50G PON and beyond

RICHARDSON, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aurora Networks, a business of Vistance Networks (NASDAQ: VISN), today announced they are showcasing expanded DOCSIS^® and PON portfolios at SCTE TechExpo26 in Atlanta, GA, September 29 – October 1. The expanded DOCSIS portfolio is highlighting a Unified DOCSIS 4.0 Smart Amplifier, while the PON portfolio builds on its existing 50G lineup - introducing a variety of new 50G products, including 50G remote and shelf OLTs, and a 50G shelf ONU. Aurora Networks will also be demonstrating its AI management platform, transforming how service providers manage their entire network environment as they evolve into next-generation architectures.

Aurora Networks now offers the widest, most flexible 50G portfolio, with shelf OLTs for the headend, remote OLTs for the plant, ONUs for the subscriber, and intelligent vBNG / management software necessary for today’s multi-GB race.

Aurora Networks is also showing a Unified DOCSIS 4.0 Smart Amplifier which combines support for both Full Duplex DOCSIS (FDX) and Frequency Division Duplex (FDD) / Extended Spectrum DOCSIS (ESD) out to 1.8 GHz in a single amplifier device with built-in cable modem. Along with the remote management capabilities supported by all our Smart Amplifiers, service providers can now deploy one common amplifier for any network architecture, while reducing management costs.
