Crescent European Specialty Lending Provides Financing to Support Continued Growth of Oakley Capital’s Infravadis

LONDON & LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Crescent Capital Group LP, one of the leading alternative credit investment firms, announced today that its European Specialty Lending strategy has provided unitranche financing in connection with the refinancing and recapitalization of Infravadis, a portfolio company of Oakley Capital. The financing also includes an acquisition facility to support Infravadis’ continued buy-and-build strategy.

Infravadis is a tech-enabled platform focused on the European Underground Infrastructure Maintenance (UIM) market, with a growing network of regional operations across Germany and plans to build a leading European platform. The company provides a broad range of mission-critical services to commercial and residential customers, including cleaning, inspection and rehabilitation of pipes, drains and sewer infrastructure. Infravadis combines traditional technical expertise with digital tools and technology-enabled processes to enhance efficiency and service quality while building a scalable platform for continued expansion.

“Infravadis is well positioned to continue consolidating in the highly fragmented and growing underground infrastructure maintenance market, both in Germany and across the broader region,” said Christine Vanden Beukel, Managing Director and Head of Crescent’s European Specialty Lending strategy. “We are pleased to support Oakley Capital and Infravadis with a flexible financing solution that addresses the company’s current capital needs while providing additional capacity to execute on its buy-and-build strategy.”
