Marsh Appoints Birgit Boykin Chief People Officer of Oliver Wyman and Marsh Management Consulting

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oliver Wyman, a global leader in management consulting and a Marsh business (NYSE:MRSH), today announced the appointment of Birgit Boykin as Chief People Officer of Oliver Wyman and Marsh Management Consulting, effective October 1, 2026.

Boykin joined Oliver Wyman in 2025 as Chief People Officer for the Americas. In this role, she supported the region’s commercial growth agenda, strengthened performance management and helped build the leadership capabilities of Oliver Wyman’s Human Capital function.

In her new role, she will work closely with leaders across Oliver Wyman and Marsh Management Consulting to shape a global people strategy that supports the businesses’ growth and ambitions. She will lead efforts to attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent while strengthening the colleague experience across recruiting, onboarding, staffing, performance, and career development.

Prior to joining Oliver Wyman, Birgit spent eight years at BlackRock as a Managing Director and Global Human Resources Business Partner for Technology & Operations and other roles. She also spent 13 years at Booz & Company (later Strategy&), where she led Global Partner Affairs.
