NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--StayTerra, a platform of premier vacation rental brands in top destinations across America, today announced a series of key senior leadership appointments that deepen the company's operational, financial and technology capabilities as it scales its platform and supports the growth of its portfolio brands.
StayTerra, backed by Garnett Station Partners and Bessemer Venture Partners, continues to build out the infrastructure to support a growing family of regional vacation rental brands, which includes Moving Mountains in Colorado, Vacation Homes of Hilton Head in South Carolina, Cape & Coast and Prime Vacations in Florida, and most recently Gather Vacations in Hawaii and the West Coast. The additions reflect StayTerra's strategy of pairing strong local brands with the shared resources, expertise and capabilities of a broader platform.
- Jordi Mena has joined as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Mena will leverage nearly two decades of financial leadership across hospitality, consumer and multi-site operations to support StayTerra’s operational discipline and continued growth.
- Kyle Utley has joined as Chief Technology Officer. He brings more than two decades of experience modernizing systems and scaling technology teams in regulated multi-entity organizations to drive innovation and technology advancement across the StayTerra platform.
- Patrick Noonan has joined as Vice President of Business Development. Mr. Noonan previously served as Vice President of Operations at Prime Vacations, StayTerra's Florida Gulf Coast brand, and will lead owner acquisition, retention and business-development standards across the platform's brands.

Jordi Mena, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Mena is a proven finance executive with nearly two decades of experience across hospitality, consumer and multi-site operations. He most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of Cadogan Tate, a private equity-backed global provider of fine-art, design and high-value logistics and storage. Previously, he was the first finance leader and later CFO of PS, the luxury private-terminal business, where he helped scale the company from a single location into a multi-city platform and supported its sale to Groupe ADP, a publicly traded airport operator. Earlier in his career, Mr. Mena held finance leadership roles at GUESS? and Gap Inc. and began his career as an auditor at Deloitte.
Kyle Utley, Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Utley is a technology executive with more than two decades of experience modernizing systems and scaling teams in regulated, multi-entity organizations. He most recently served as Chief Technology Officer of Landmark Credit Union, a $7.5 billion institution, after progressing from Vice President of Software Engineering & Data to Senior Vice President of Information Technology at the company. In those roles, he built the technology organization from a small engineering group into a full enterprise function spanning software, data, infrastructure and security, and led a multi-year modernization of core platforms. Earlier in his career, Mr. Utley held senior technology roles in specialty pharmacy, life-sciences distribution and consulting, including as Senior Director of Technology at Dohmen Life Science Services.
Patrick Noonan, Vice President of Business Development
Mr. Noonan has more than two decades of experience leading operations and sales at customer-focused organizations. He most recently served as Vice President of Operations at Prime Vacations, StayTerra's Florida Gulf Coast brand, where he led multi-site operations across the portfolio. He previously spent nearly four years at Vacasa in owner-acquisition sales, including as Regional Sales Manager. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles building and running multi-location sales and operations teams.
