UDR, Inc. Announces 220th Consecutive Common Stock Dividend

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--UDR, Inc. (the “Company”) (NYSE: UDR), a leading multifamily real estate investment trust, today announced that its Board of Directors declared regular monthly dividends on its common stock with record dates in October, November, and December 2026. These dividends amount to $0.145 per share per month and will be payable in cash on the payment dates set forth in the following table to UDR common stock shareholders of record as of the close of business on the corresponding record date in the following table.

The Company’s monthly dividend reflects an annualized dividend amount of $1.74 per share of common stock which equates to an annualized dividend yield of approximately 5.1 percent based on the closing price of UDR’s common stock as of September 23, 2026. The dividends with record dates in October, November, and December 2026 will reflect the 218^th, 219^th, and 220^th consecutive dividends paid by the Company on its common stock.

In addition to declaring monthly dividends on its common stock, the Company’s Board of Directors also declared a regular quarterly dividend on its Series E preferred stock in the amount of $0.471 per share. The preferred dividend is payable on November 2, 2026, to Series E preferred stockholders of record as of October 19, 2026. The quarterly dividend reflects an annualized dividend amount of $1.884 per share of Series E preferred stock.
