Black Construction Awarded $45.2 Million Project to Reconstruct Bridges Along Route 1 in Guam

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Tutor Perini Corporation (NYSE: TPC) (the “Company”), a leading civil, building and specialty construction company, announced today that its subsidiary, Black Construction Corporation, has been awarded a project valued at approximately $45.2 million by the Guam Department of Public Works. The project scope involves the reconstruction of Laguas Bridge (Bridge No. 35) and Asan Culvert (Bridge No. 27), both located along Route 1 (Marine Corps Drive), providing for the continuous long-term functionality and safety of these structures for the local community and military operations in Guam.

Work is expected to commence in the next few weeks, with substantial completion anticipated in early 2029. The contract value is expected to be included in the Company’s backlog for the third quarter of 2026.
