Sterlington Private Wealth Team Grows with Addition of Three New Attorneys

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sterlington announced today that it has expanded its Private Wealth practice with the addition of three attorneys, including Philip Yarberough, who joins the firm as counsel, and Cheryl Daly and Jonathan Onufrak, who join as associates.

The additions bring Sterlington's Private Wealth team, led by partner Daniel Cooper, to 18 professionals, expanding its work advising ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs), family offices, and closely held businesses on estate planning, wealth transfer, tax strategy, and succession planning.

Yarberough, a former IRS Office of Chief Counsel attorney, along with Daly and Onufrak, will support the team's work across wealth transfer techniques, estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning, income tax planning, trust and estate administration, family business succession, and philanthropy.
