"Alex is a key addition to BitGo’s leadership team as we aim to scale the business and drive innovation globally," said Mike Belshe, CEO and Co-founder of BitGo. "He has spent his career helping regulated institutions manage risk in complex and evolving environments. His experience will be key to expanding BitGo’s institutional footprint, strengthening our risk management processes, and staying ahead of regulatory developments in every market we serve."

"BitGo has built the infrastructure that institutions rely on to operate onchain, and I am excited by the opportunity to work with this remarkable team," said Mr. Rozman. "The companies that succeed in this rapidly evolving financial system will be those that treat compliance as core infrastructure, as BitGo has done for many years. I look forward to helping BitGo scale that discipline as it expands into new markets and products."
