Consor Appoints Mindy Shimanek as President and Chief Executive Officer

MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Consor North America, Inc. (“Consor”), a leading engineering firm at the forefront of advancing intelligent, future-ready infrastructure, today announced the appointment of Mindy Shimanek as President and Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”).

Shimanek brings more than 30 years of experience building and leading engineering and consulting businesses. She spent nearly 20 years as co-founder of Structural Grace, an Arizona-based structural engineering firm that joined Consor in 2019. Most recently, she served as Chief Development Officer, where she played a key role in setting and executing every aspect of Consor’s strategy including defining its business mix and end market objectives, accelerating growth, both organically and through M&A, and streamlining its functional groups to better support the business.
