Fiber Broadband Association Expands Expo with AI & Quantum Infrastructure Pavilion at Fiber Connect 2027

New dedicated expo hall experience will showcase the fiber and digital infrastructure powering AI, quantum, and data center growth

WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Fiber Broadband Association (FBA) today announced the launch of the AI & Quantum Infrastructure Pavilion at Fiber Connect 2027, a new dedicated destination bringing together the fiber ecosystem with the companies building the next generation of artificial intelligence, quantum computing, and data center infrastructure.

AI and quantum technologies are creating new requirements for the fiber and digital infrastructure that support them. As AI adoption grows, agentic AI workloads are creating more traffic between data centers, cloud platforms, edge locations, and end users. That growth is increasing demand for high-capacity, low-latency fiber across metro, middle-mile, and long-haul networks. At the same time, advances in quantum networking are demonstrating the important role fiber infrastructure’s low-loss, high-bandwidth, and stability can play in supporting quantum communications.
