SPOKANE, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AV Access announced the availability of AnyCo V100, an all-in-one video bar built around a simpler BYOM experience for huddle rooms and small meeting spaces. With one USB C cable, users can connect their own laptop to the room’s camera, microphones and speaker while also sharing content, accessing a wired network and charging the laptop at up to 100W.

For people walking into a meeting room with their own laptop, the difference is straightforward: one connection replaces several separate setup steps. Instead of connecting individually to room AV, presentation, Ethernet and power, users plug into the AnyCo V100 and continue the meeting from the laptop and conferencing application they already use.

One Cable at the Center of the BYOM Experience

The AnyCo V100 brings the main connections required for a laptop-based meeting through USB C. The same cable connects the laptop to the AnyCo V100’s camera, microphones and speaker, supports screen sharing at up to 4K@60Hz 4:4:4 on compatible USB C hosts, provides 1Gbps wired network access and delivers up to 100W laptop charging.

This consolidated connection reduces the number of cables users need to identify and connect before a meeting. In shared rooms used by different employees, teams or guests throughout the day, it also creates a more consistent routine: bring a laptop, connect one cable and use the room’s AV system from the device and conferencing application the user already knows.

For IT teams and system integrators, bringing conferencing peripherals, presentation, networking and laptop power around one user-facing connection can also make the room simpler to deploy and easier to explain. The AnyCo V100 keeps the BYOM experience centered on the user’s laptop without requiring a separate room computer for everyday meetings.

Integrated AV Completes the One-Cable Setup

The AnyCo V100 integrates the camera, microphones and speaker into the same device, so users do not need to connect separate conferencing peripherals around the room. Its camera uses a 1/1.8-inch CMOS sensor with a 120-degree field of view and supports Auto Framing, Speaker Tracking, Presenter Tracking and Individuals Gallery, with Individuals Gallery able to frame up to four participants individually.

Audio combines XMOS processing with a purpose-built acoustic chamber. XMOS audio processing provides echo cancellation and background-noise reduction while capturing speech from 3–5 meters away. For playback, a dedicated acoustic chamber combines a full-range speaker with a passive radiator to enhance bass and add depth to voices for fuller, more natural-sounding conversations.

These integrated video and audio capabilities support the product’s central purpose: giving users a complete meeting-room experience through a single laptop connection rather than requiring separate camera, audio, presentation, network and charging connections.
