Ministry Brands to Host Fall Healthy Church Summit Focused on Leadership Growth, Team Health, and Connection in Digital Ministry

Featuring dedicated networking sessions, Together We Can event gives church leaders new opportunities to learn, connect, and share practical ideas with peers across ministry roles

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ministry Brands, the leading provider of church management software and online giving solutions, today announced its upcoming Healthy Church Summit: Together We Can, a free online event on Tuesday, September 22. Featuring keynote sessions, breakout discussions, practical training, and ministry technology insights, this fall’s summit builds on an event series experienced by more than 10,000 church leaders to date, giving attendees new opportunities to strengthen their teams, learn from one another, and connect through dedicated networking sessions.

The event will feature three keynote sessions building on that focus, exploring how church leaders can develop stronger teams, extend their reach, and keep relationships, discipleship, and mission at the center:

  • Mac Lake: The author and leadership development expert will present “Leadership That Multiplies: Developing Leaders Who Carry the Mission Beyond You,” focusing on identifying leadership potential, equipping volunteers, and creating a culture where leaders develop other leaders.
  • Sallie Guillory: An executive pastor, church consultant, and leadership coach, her keynote, "Stronger Together: Creating a Healthy Team Culture in the Demands of Ministry,” will address how church teams can build cultures of care and accountability while helping leaders and volunteers flourish.
  • Mark Lebrun: As a digital strategist and ministry consultant, his “Beyond the Church Walls: How Leaders Can Multiply Their Influence in a Digital World” session will explore how digital platforms and emerging tools can extend ministry reach, build trust, and create meaningful connections without losing sight of relationships and discipleship.

“I’m honored to be part of this fall’s Healthy Church Summit. Leadership development goes beyond building systems. Its real value comes from investing in the people around us and equipping others to carry the mission forward," said Mac Lake, author, leadership development expert, and founder of Multiply Group. “I’ve seen firsthand through my work with churches, leaders, and even my own family how important connection is to lasting ministry. When people are given the opportunity to grow, learn from one another, and use their gifts together, the impact reaches far beyond any one leader.”

Beyond the main stage, breakout sessions will address practical challenges across the church experience, including guest connection, generosity, volunteer support, financial clarity, connected communications, and practical uses of AI, with AvidXchange returning for its third Healthy Church Summit to share financial tools designed to help ministry teams work more effectively. The summit will conclude with dedicated networking sessions for pastoral leaders, ministry team leaders, and executive and operations leaders. Each group will have space to exchange ideas, discuss shared challenges, and connect with peers in similar roles.

“Since opening our new headquarters, we’ve seen firsthand the value of bringing people together to share ideas, build relationships, and better understand the communities we serve,” said Chris Bacon, CEO of Ministry Brands. “That same idea is at the heart of this summit. Technology can make ministry work simpler and more connected, but its value comes from giving church leaders more time and capacity to invest in people."

"As we continue to grow and innovate, we want to stay close to churches, learn from what they need, and bring more of our capabilities together in ways that make their work simpler and support stronger ministry communities," added Bacon.

Additional event details include:

  • New and emerging ministry technology: Attendees will get a closer look at upcoming Ministry Brands solutions across AI, service planning, accounting, communications, and other areas supporting day-to-day church operations.
  • Live attendee giveaways: Those who attend live will have opportunities to win prizes promoted as part of the fall summit, including technology products and gift cards.
  • Amplify grand prize: Attendees who participate live and schedule a demo to learn more about the latest Ministry Brands Amplify updates will be eligible for the summit’s featured grand prize.

The Healthy Church Summit: Together We Can will take place online Tuesday, September 22, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. ET. For registration information and to view the full agenda, visit www.healthychurchsummit.com.
