Datavault AI Receives Initial $100 Million Purchase Order for $QEST Tokenization Services
Order Marks the Commercial Opening of the Company’s Information Data Exchange, NILvault, and American Political Exchange Platforms
LIVE TODAY | H.C. Wainwright 28th Annual Global Investment Conference
Nathaniel Bradley, Co-Founder and CEO of Datavault AI Inc. (NASDAQ: DVLT), presents today, Tuesday, September 15, at 3:30 PM ET at the Lotte New York Palace Hotel in New York City.
PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Datavault AI Inc. (“Datavault AI” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: DVLT), a provider of data monetization, credentialing, digital engagement, and real-world asset (“RWA”) tokenization technologies, today announced that it has received an initial purchase order for $100 million of its $QEST tokenization services. The purchase order marks the commercial opening of the Company’s Information Data Exchange® (“IDE®”), NILvault™ (“NILv”) and American Political Exchange™ (“APEX™”) platforms. The three platforms are designed to let institutions and rights holders value, prove, list, settle and hold data and other RWAs on a single rail, using the Company’s patented Data Vault® architecture together with its DataValue® and DataScore® scoring and valuation engines and the NYIAX matching and settlement stack acquired on August 18, 2026.
The opening coincides with Roberto Clemente Day across Major League Baseball. Datavault AI is using the data to introduce a working name, image, and likeness use case to market: an operating marketplace for rights that already exist.
Information Data Exchange: The Listing Layer for $QEST
IDE® is Datavault AI’s patented marketplace for the secure valuation, scoring, tokenization, and monetization of data and real-world assets. DataScore® assesses quality and attributes. DataValue® establishes economic value. The architecture is designed to perform that work without moving, ingesting, storing, or altering a customer’s original dataset, creating authenticated digital twins and immutable metadata objects at the point of origin.
$QEST utility tokens, representing access and usage rights to Available Infrastructure’s Project Qestrel nationwide edge-AI fleet, are among the first compute assets the Company intends to list on IDE®. As previously disclosed, the tokenized value of the Project Qestrel program is expected to contribute to our 2026 and 2027 revenue. The company continues to reaffirm $200 million in fiscal revenue in 2026.
IDE® is also designed to support additional real-world asset categories the Company has been developing across licensed verticals, including catalogue and royalty interests in recorded music, film and media libraries, computer-generated likeness and CGI rights, mass-tort and legal-settlement claims data, and original comedic material previously demonstrated as Joke Token. These categories remain subject to applicable securities, commodities, and intellectual property law. A listing is not a sale. Conversion of contracted opportunity into recognized revenue is the operating metric from this date forward.
NILvault: Name, Image and Likeness, Beginning with Baseball
NILvault™ applies Data Vault®, DataValue®, DataScore® and IDE® digital-twin infrastructure to name, image and likeness rights so that an athlete or an estate can establish, value, license and audit what a name actually earns. The problem in sports is not discovery. It is provenance: who owns the likeness, who licensed it, what it is worth, and whether the receipt survives review.
Datavault AI’s first baseball proof point was June 26, 2026, a partnership with 21 In Right Inc., the Clemente family entity that owns and manages the name, image, and likeness of Baseball Hall of Famer Roberto Clemente. Under that agreement, 21 In Right is using the Company’s platforms to protect Clemente’s rights, preserve the legacy through digital twins and digital archives, and develop fan-engagement assets, including Clemente-themed digital collectibles contemplated for the Philadelphia activation announced with the partnership. Opening NILvault™ on Roberto Clemente Day is the commercial expression of that work: a vaulted likeness with an audit trail.
Related MLB Network coverage of the Clemente legacy includes Harold Reynolds’s conversation with Roberto Clemente Jr. and Reynolds’s on-air conversation with Luis and Roberto Clemente Jr. Those broadcasts are cited as public record of the Roberto Clemente Day platform and not as an endorsement of the Company.
American Political Exchange: Campaign Data on an Auditable Rail
American Political Exchange™ is designed to bring auditability to political data, advertising inventory, and related information assets without asking a committee to leave a controlled rail. Campaign finance compliance does not fail for lack of slogans. It fails when identity is verified, and the action taken on the data is not; when an advertisement is bought, and the receipt cannot survive an examination; and when a contribution path cannot be reconstructed. APEX™ applies the same DataValue®, DataScore® and IDE® stack to constituent and campaign-intelligence data and seats NYIAX matching under the listing.
The commercial predicate is not a new theory of election law. It is two unanimous Federal Election Commission advisory opinions issued to DataVault Holdings, Inc. on December 15, 2022: Advisory Opinion 2022-22, permitting the sale of digital tokens to political committees in the ordinary course of business, at the normal charge and on the same terms as non-political clients, and Advisory Opinion 2022-23, permitting the licensing of patented ADIO® inaudible-tone technology to political committees on the same ordinary-course terms. APEX™ is designed to operate inside those opinions and inside applicable federal and state requirements. It does not replace the Federal Election Campaign Act. It is designed to give a committee a receipt that an examination can read.
NYIAX: The Matching Engine Under the Listing
Tokenization without a market is a certificate. NYIAX, which was acquired by Datavault AI on August 18, 2026, is the matching engine. Built first as an institutional marketplace for guaranteed advertising inventory, NYIAX demonstrated that a media contract that once lived in a spreadsheet could be standardized, priced, matched, transferred, and settled on a blockchain rail using financial-market principles. Four issued U.S. patents cover trading, matching, transfer, settlement and the lifecycle of variable inventories. Collective Audience’s commercialization layer folded in with the close. NYIAX does not invent the asset. It turns a match into an auditable transfer. Across IDE®, NILvault™ and APEX™, the same engine is now asset-agnostic, spanning advertising inventory, attested data, name, image and likeness rights, campaign records, mineral offtake and catalogue rights.
“Our objective has never been simply to create a token,” said Nathaniel T. Bradley, CEO of Datavault AI. “We are building infrastructure designed to identify an asset, authenticate it, establish its value, tokenize it and create a pathway to monetize it. NYIAX adds institutional-grade market infrastructure designed around matching, price discovery, contracting, transactions and settlement. Tokenization by itself does not create a market.”
