Independent randomized field trial recorded numerical increases of up to 32.5% in special-grade potato yield and up to 27.6% in total yield in the leading Agrarius application programs
TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The More Life Company Corp. (the “Company” or “TMLC”) (CSE: MLCO) (OTCID: TMLCF) is pleased to report positive results from an independently conducted field trial evaluating the Company’s licensed Agrarius™ agricultural plant signaling technology in potato crops in Brazil.
The leading Agrarius application programs recorded numerical yield increases of up to 32.5% in special-grade potatoes and up to 27.6% in total potato yield compared with the control.
The study was independently designed and conducted by G12 Agro Serviços Agropecuários Ltda. (“G12 Agro”), a Brazilian agricultural research and consulting organization, in the municipality of Itaí, in São Paulo, Brazil.
The trial evaluated Agrarius on the Orquestra table-potato cultivar using a randomized complete block design consisting of six treatments and four replications. The study assessed stand count, total yield and tuber classification, including special-grade potatoes measuring between 45 and 70 millimetres.
POSITIVE YIELD RESULTS FROM POST-EMERGENCE APPLICATIONS
The trial evaluated Agrarius under several application-timing programs. The strongest numerical outcomes were observed in the programs involving applications after crop emergence:
- Single Application at 25 Days After Emergence: The Agrarius program produced 30.4 tonnes per hectare of special-grade potatoes compared with 24.6 tonnes per hectare for the control. This represented an increase of 5.8 tonnes per hectare, or approximately 23.6%. The same program produced the highest total yield in the trial at 41.1 tonnes per hectare compared with 32.2 tonnes per hectare for the control, an increase of 8.9 tonnes per hectare, or approximately 27.6%.
- Applications at 25 and 45 Days After Emergence: The Agrarius program produced the highest special-grade yield in the trial at 32.6 tonnes per hectare compared with 24.6 tonnes per hectare for the control. This represented an increase of 8.0 tonnes per hectare, or approximately 32.5%. Total yield was 40.4 tonnes per hectare compared with 32.2 tonnes per hectare for the control, an increase of 8.2 tonnes per hectare, or approximately 25.5%.
The results identified post-emergence application as the most promising timing evaluated in the trial. The single application at 25 days after emergence generated the highest total yield, while the two-application program at 25 and 45 days after emergence generated the highest yield of special-grade potatoes.
Importantly, the commercial benefit observed in the trial extended beyond total crop production. Both leading post-emergence Agrarius programs produced a greater absolute yield of special-grade potatoes, the higher-value 45 to 70 millimetre commercial category. In the two-application program, special-grade potatoes represented approximately 80.7% of total yield, compared with approximately 76.4% in the control, demonstrating a greater concentration of the harvested crop within the higher-value classification. The Company’s LATAM team also observed thicker, more resistant skin in the Agrarius-treated potatoes at harvest, an attribute that may support improved handling durability and longer shelf life. Skin characteristics and shelf life were not formal assessment endpoints in this trial and will require further evaluation.

POTENTIAL GROWER ECONOMICS
The 8.0 tonnes per hectare increase in special-grade potatoes recorded by the highest-performing Agrarius application program is equivalent to approximately 320 additional 25-kilogram bags per hectare. Using an illustrative price of R$70 per bag, the observed numerical yield increase could represent approximately R$22,400 in incremental gross crop value per hectare, equivalent to approximately US$4,400 per hectare based on a reference exchange rate of R$5.09 per US$1.
Brazilian potato prices vary materially by season. This estimate is illustrative, is based on the observed numerical yield difference in this individual trial and does not represent profit or a guaranteed economic return. Actual value realized by a grower would depend on potato grade, prevailing market prices, production costs, application costs, harvesting, transportation and other operating factors.

BUILDING A BROADER BODY OF AGRARIUS FIELD EVIDENCE
The new results build upon a separate independent potato field evaluation reported by the Company in 2025, in which the Agrarius-treated area produced 51.25 tonnes per hectare compared with 43.25 tonnes per hectare in the control area, representing an approximately 18.5% productivity increase.
The two evaluations were conducted under different protocols and growing conditions and should not be interpreted as direct replications. The newly completed study provides an additional positive potato data point through an independently managed, randomized field trial and may offer practical direction regarding application timing for future validation and commercial programs.
The Company intends to use the findings to support continued potato validation, application-protocol refinement and commercial discussions with growers, distributors and other agricultural partners.
