Jaylor Introduces 6000 Series Single-Auger Stationary TMR Mixers

Three new models give producers more ways to configure their mixer around their feeding operation, while delivering Jaylor’s patented Square-Cut Auger performance.

EAST GARAFRAXA, Ontario--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jaylor is unveiling three new single-auger stationary Total Mixed Ration (TMR) mixers at Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show this week, expanding its 6000 Series with more flexibility for livestock producers to configure a mixer around their ration, electrical service and feeding system. The 6350ST, 6425ST and 6575ST offer five standard motor options, 12 drivetrain configurations and auger speeds from 13 to 41 RPM.

At the centre of each model is Jaylor’s patented Square-Cut Auger, designed to produce a consistent True TMR in less time and with 20% less horsepower than conventional round mixers. Its slicing capabilities and continuous feed movement help maintain proper particulate distribution and mix uniformity while reducing pressure on the ration.
