BJ’s Wholesale Club Holdings, Inc. Announces Commitment to Investment-Grade Financial Policy

MARLBOROUGH, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--BJ’s Wholesale Club Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: BJ) (the “Company”) today announced its commitment to an investment-grade financial policy, including a target of maintaining leverage (net debt to LTM adjusted EBITDA, excluding leases) below 1.0x, and its intention to transition to an unsecured capital structure.

“BJ’s has built a durable, highly cash-generative business, and an investment-grade financial policy reflects the continued strength and discipline of that model,” said Laura Felice, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

This financial policy formalizes the balance sheet discipline BJ’s has maintained since its 2018 IPO and aligns with the Company’s existing capital allocation priorities.
