KBRA Assigns Preliminary Ratings to AHMC 2026-CNF1 Trust

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--KBRA assigns preliminary ratings to 71 classes of mortgage-backed notes from AHMC 2026-CNF1 Trust, AmeriHome Mortgage Company, LLC’s inaugural prime agency-eligible RMBS transaction. The transaction is sponsored and serviced by AmeriHome Mortgage Company, LLC (AmeriHome) and is comprised of 733 residential mortgage loans with an aggregate unpaid principal balance (UPB) of approximately $394.8 million as of the September 1, 2026 cut-off date. The underlying collateral consists primarily of 30-year fixed-rate qualified mortgages (FRMs).

KBRA’s rating approach incorporated loan-level analysis of the mortgage pool through its Residential Asset Loss Model (REALM), an examination of the results from third-party loan file due diligence, cash flow modeling analysis of the transaction’s payment structure, reviews of key transaction parties and an assessment of the transaction’s legal structure and documentation. This analysis is further described in our U.S. RMBS Rating Methodology.
