IRVINE, Calif. & NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mischler Financial Group, Inc. (“Mischler”), today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to purchase specified assets of AmeriVet Securities, Inc. (“AmeriVet”). The transaction has received required regulatory approval, is expected to close in the coming weeks, and includes the addition of a group of capital markets and other professionals.
