TrustPointAI Names Real Estate Data Veteran Shannon Norris as Head of Client Relationships

Norris will own the client engagement model as TrustPointAI scales across originating lenders, loan investors, and warehouse lenders.

SAN MATEO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--TrustPointAI, the innovation leader in asset and portfolio management (APM) technology for construction, renovation, bridge, and land development lending, today announced the appointment of Shannon Norris as Head of Client Relationships. Norris will lead TrustPointAI's growing client relationship team, partnering with company leadership to build the executive relationships that keep the company a strategic partner to every client it serves.

“Shannon has an exceptional ability to understand complex client needs, build trusted executive relationships and translate those into long-term business value,” said John Ryan, Chief Operating Officer and Cofounder at TrustPointAI. “Her combination of industry knowledge, commercial instinct and genuine commitment to clients makes her an outstanding addition to our team.”

Throughout her career, Norris has been advising executive stakeholders on how data-driven intelligence drives better business outcomes at the intersection of technology, real estate, and lending. Prior to TrustPointAI, Norris served as Director and Head of Data Sales at Mainstay, where she led strategic client relationships and revenue initiatives across the real estate data business. Previously she spent six years at HouseCanary, including serving as Vice President of Relationship Management with responsibility for the company's enterprise client portfolio.

“I’ve spent my career believing the best client relationships are built on trust, curiosity, and a genuine accountability to what matters to the customer,” said Norris. “Asset and portfolio management is becoming an independently verifiable discipline where lenders can prove portfolio quality and scale with institutional capital needs. TrustPointAI is defining what that looks like and working alongside our clients is why I'm here.”
