TrustPoint AI Names Construction Lending Veteran Tres Seippel as Chief Innovation Officer

The construction lending executive joins TrustPoint AI to drive the roadmap for AI and proprietary data models.

SAN MATEO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--TrustPoint AI, the innovation leader in asset and portfolio management (APM) technology for construction, renovation, bridge, and land development lending, today announced the appointment of William 'Tres' Seippel as Chief Innovation Officer. Seippel will lead the growing suite of data intelligence products including models for portfolio risk scoring, loan grading, forecasting, and benchmarking; and AI-driven workflow automations across the loan lifecycle.

Over nearly two decades Tres has worked on behalf of REITs, lenders, and real estate advisory firms, with deep experience in data analytics and market intelligence. He held executive roles at Arbor Realty Trust, one of the largest CLO issuers and bridge lenders in the US, and Genesis Capital, one of the largest residential transition lenders (RTL) in the US. Earlier in his career, Tres worked at Weizman Associates, Corcoran Sunshine, and CoStar. He holds an MSc in International Real Estate from University College London (UCL), a Certificate in Real Estate Finance from NYU, and a BS in Landscape Architecture from North Carolina State University. He is an MAI Designated member of the Appraisal Institute and a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS).
