Agree Realty Publishes Sixth Annual Sustainability Report
ROYAL OAK, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Agree Realty Corporation (NYSE: ADC) (the "Company") today announced the release of its 2025 Sustainability Report. The report highlights the Company's environmental, social and governance ("ESG") initiatives and is aligned with the ISSB IFRS S1 and S2 disclosure standards.
"I'm very pleased to share our sixth annual Sustainability Report," said Peter Coughenour, Chief Financial Officer. “During 2025, we deepened our engagement with tenants across our portfolio, further integrated green leases, and continued to align our reporting with the ISSB IFRS S1 and S2 disclosure standards. These efforts expanded data coverage for our portfolio to 58%, resulting in more comprehensive reporting of GHG emissions, and drove the achievement of Gold-level recognition from Green Lease Leaders for the fourth consecutive year. We will continue to engage with tenants to deepen these relationships and improve the quality of our emissions data, which we believe is critical to creating long-term value for all our stakeholders."
