Infinedi Expands Its Team

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Infinedi Partners, LP (“Infinedi”), a private equity firm focused on founder-owned businesses, today announced key additions to its team:

• Rohan Arora has joined Infinedi as a Principal. Rohan is responsible for sourcing, leading, growing and exiting investments for Infinedi. He was most recently a Senior Vice President in the private equity vertical at H.I.G. Capital.
• Nitish Jindal has joined Infinedi as a Vice President. Nitish is responsible for sourcing, leading, growing and exiting investments for Infinedi. He was most recently an Associate at Charlesbank Capital Partners.
• Rob DeSena has joined Infinedi as an Associate. He was most recently a Senior Analyst at BrightTower.

Rohan Arora

Rohan joined Infinedi in March 2026.

Previously, Mr. Arora was a Senior Vice President in the private equity vertical at H.I.G. Capital, a leading global alternative investment firm, from 2022 through 2026. He played various leadership roles and was responsible for identifying, structuring, executing and financing investment opportunities, and for implementing post-close operational growth and value development initiatives. He focused particularly on the consumer and business services verticals.

Prior to H.I.G. Capital, Mr. Rohan held leadership roles at Insignia and Novalpina Capital. Rohan started his career at Evercore.

Nitish Jindal

Nitish joined Infinedi in July 2026.

Previously, Mr. Jindal was an Associate in the Technology Opportunities Fund at Charlesbank Capital Partners, an established middle-market private equity firm, where he focused on cybersecurity and vertical software investments. Earlier in his career, he was an Analyst at Houlihan Lokey, where he advised technology companies on sell-side M&A transactions.

Rob DeSena

Rob joined Infinedi in June 2026.

Previously, Mr. DeSena was a Senior Analyst at BrightTower, a boutique investment bank focused on technology and marketing services. While at BrightTower, he advised several corporate and private equity clients on middle-market M&A transactions.
