HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Stewart Information Services Corporation (NYSE:STC) announced today that it has been named to the Forbes list of America’s Best Employers for Women 2026, marking its third consecutive year earning the distinction.

The recognition is the latest in a series of recent workplace honors for Stewart. In February, the company was named a 2026 Real Estate Top Workplaces winner, following multi-year Forbes honors as one of America’s Best Large Employers and America’s Best Employers for Company Culture. Together, the awards reflect the culture and employee experience Stewart continues to strengthen.
Within Stewart’s U.S. workforce, 71% of employees are women, including 63% of managers and 38% of the Executive Leadership Team. These figures underscore the important role women play at every level of the organization.
“Earning this distinction is especially meaningful because it reflects our progress in making Stewart an even better place to work,” said Stewart CEO Fred Eppinger. “We want to be a respected and desired destination where talented people feel confident in the experience they’ll have when they join us. We have worked hard to build a culture that brings out the best in our employees while strengthening the experience we deliver to our customers.”
Produced in partnership with market research firm Statista, this ninth-annual ranking is based primarily on survey responses from more than 146,000 women working for companies that employ at least 1,000 people in the United States. Survey participants were asked how likely they were to recommend their current—and previous—employers, and if they’d recommend any employers they knew through their industry or through family and friends who work there. Participants were also asked to rate their current employers in areas such as pay equity, career development, parental leave, work-life balance, benefits for childcare or eldercare, and the company’s handling of incidents related to sexual misconduct and discrimination. Responses from the last three years were considered. Additionally, Statista analysts researched the percentage of women in executive and board positions at each company.
“For Stewart, the work is about making sure women have the resources and opportunities they need at every stage of life and career,” said Emily Kain, Chief Human Resources Officer at Stewart. “We continue to listen to our employees and evolve based on what matters most to them. Our goal is to continue fostering an environment where every employee can see a future for themselves with our company and has the support to build it.”
