Positive Development Names Greg Fuller as Chief Operating Officer

MCLEAN, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Positive Development, a leading provider of developmental relationship-based therapy for autistic children and their families, today announced that Greg Fuller joined the company as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Fuller is a healthcare operations leader with 25 years of experience. In his new role, Fuller will oversee Positive Development’s centralized operations and enterprise operating performance, with an early focus on helping families move from first inquiry to the start of care faster as the company expands into new markets.

Fuller joins Positive Development after holding executive leadership roles at Bright Health and Evolent Health, among other healthcare organizations, where he was known for combining strategic clarity with operational rigor, building high-performing teams and translating growth into durable execution. He brings deep expertise in the operating models, leadership alignment and cross-functional discipline required to expand markets, launch new services and manage increasing organizational complexity. In recent years, Fuller has also served in an interim executive leadership role at a growth-stage healthcare company and advised a subsidiary of one of the nation’s largest insurers on a customer success and retention model with health plan partners. He currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Whitman-Walker Health System Board of Directors in Washington, D.C.
