DSI Consulting Adds Restructuring Veteran Mark Podgainy to Lead New York City Office

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--DSI Consulting, a leading provider of management consulting and financial advisory services, today announced that Mark Podgainy has joined the firm as a Senior Managing Director in its New York office.

Mr. Podgainy brings more than 25 years of experience in operational roles and turnaround consulting, including numerous Chief Restructuring Officer roles, forensic and litigation support work for law firms, and engagements spanning business plan analysis, performance improvement, and cash and vendor management. He has guided middle-market companies nationwide through in- and out-of-court restructurings, reorganizations, asset sales, and wind-downs across the real estate, hospitality, education, consumer products, apparel, building products, food, and retail sectors.
