Riverview Landscapes Partners with Fresh Cut Lawn Care, Inc., Riverview’s 25th Acquisition

EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Riverview Landscapes (“Riverview”) has acquired Fresh Cut Lawn Care, Inc. (“Fresh Cut”), a commercial and residential landscaping and snow management provider headquartered in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey. The transaction establishes Riverview's new Atlantic County branch within its Southern New Jersey region and marks the Company's 25th acquisition since its founding in 2022.

Founded in 1983 by John and Shawn Ferrie, Fresh Cut has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality landscaping and snow services throughout Southern New Jersey. The company serves a predominantly commercial customer base, and its service offerings include landscape maintenance, enhancements, installation, snow management, and holiday lighting.

The Egg Harbor Township location will serve as Riverview's Atlantic County branch, strengthening the Company's ability to serve customers throughout Southern New Jersey while creating additional organic growth opportunities in the region.

Following the transaction, John and Shawn Ferrie will retire from the landscaping industry. The new Atlantic County branch will be led by Brian Cramer, who joined Fresh Cut in 1999 at the age of 18 and has played an integral role in the company's growth and success.
