Everbridge Acquires Open Measures to Expand Risk Intelligence Capabilities

Acquisition adds advanced open-source intelligence capabilities to help organizations identify emerging threats earlier and make faster, more informed decisions

VIENNA, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Everbridge, the global leader in High Velocity Critical Event Management (CEM) and national public warning solutions, today announced the acquisition of Open Measures, a leader in open-source intelligence (OSINT), expanding the company's ability to help organizations identify and understand potential threats across an increasingly complex digital landscape.

By adding Open Measures' advanced OSINT capabilities to the Everbridge risk intelligence portfolio, customers will gain earlier visibility into these signals, understand their potential significance, and make faster, more informed decisions.

Open Measures specializes in collecting and analyzing billions of publicly available signals across more than 45 digital sources, including mainstream and alternative social media platforms and online communities. Its technology helps organizations uncover developing narratives, connect related activity across platforms, and investigate evolving threats. Open Measures' proprietary data collection and deep OSINT expertise also create new opportunities for AI-powered analysis, investigation, and decision support.
