USAA Agent Connection gives members access to HomeStory's extensive national network of vetted real estate agents and home search tools, streamlining the entire process, from search to closing, Agents in the program must meet rigorous standards, including high customer satisfaction scores, sales performance and experience. There are no costs or fees to use Agent Connection and the service is available to all USAA members.
Members using Agent Connection may also be eligible for a commission credit when buying a home or a commission reduction when selling one, where permitted by the state. With more Americans managing tighter household budgets amid rising costs and many military families covering unexpected costs out-of-pocket during a PCS move, these savings can help members save more money when it counts most.
