Dynamic Frontier Holdings Receives Regulatory Approvals to Acquire Teghout CJSC

YEREVAN, Armenia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dynamic Frontier Holdings LLC, a U.S.-registered company, has received the necessary regulatory approvals to proceed with the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Teghout CJSC, operator of the Teghout copper-molybdenum mine in Armenia.

The transaction will be completed through Cuprar RA LLC, a subsidiary of Dynamic Frontier Holdings.

Dynamic Frontier Holdings received authorization from the U.S. Department of the Treasury on June 1st, 2026, to acquire 100% of Teghout CJSC’s shares and its outstanding debt.

The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission of the Republic of Armenia also approved the acquisition by Cuprar RA LLC on July 8th, 2026.

Following completion of the transaction, Dynamic Frontier Holdings will become the ultimate parent company of Teghout CJSC through Cuprar RA LLC.

The transaction represents an important step in the continued development of the Teghout mining operation and provides a new ownership framework for one of Armenia’s largest copper-molybdenum assets.
