WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Addison Capital Partners (“ACP”) announced today that Communication Power Companies (“CPC” or the “Company”), an ACP portfolio company, has partnered with GeoSync Microwave, Inc. (“GSM”) management to acquire GSM. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
GSM, founded in 2008 and headquartered in Hauppauge, NY, is a premier design build manufacturer of custom and standard low noise amplifiers, block converters, converter Modules, RF switching circuits, equalizers, synthesizers, filtering, and related custom circuit design supporting SATCOM, EW, Airborne and Ship borne Communication Systems alongside other mission critical applications. The business combination provides a long-term capital base to support ongoing and rapid growth of the business.
