HCIactive Introduces HealthSpace Agentic Studio, Bringing Healthcare Administration to a Browser-Based, Agentic Environment

ELLICOTT CITY, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--HCIactive today announced HealthSpace Agentic Studio, the next generation of its HealthSpace platform, designed to make healthcare administration easier to access and manage while supporting more AI-driven workflows.

Next-generation HealthSpace platform eliminates desktop installation, introduces a redesigned UI, and creates a flexible foundation for AI healthcare workflows

The new browser-based platform eliminates the need for a separate desktop application, giving authorized users greater flexibility to access HealthSpace across supported browsers, locations, and operating systems, including Mac.

A More Modern HealthSpace Experience

HealthSpace Agentic Studio also introduces a redesigned user interface intended to make the platform easier to navigate and its capabilities easier to discover.

The updated experience gives users more room to explore the functions available within Studio while providing a more flexible environment for creating, managing, and improving the workflows that support their operations.

Key improvements include:

  • Browser-based access: No separate desktop application download or installation is required.
  • Greater cross-platform flexibility: Users are no longer dependent on a traditional Windows-only desktop environment, improving accessibility for Mac and other supported operating-system users.
  • Updated user interface: A redesigned experience makes navigation and platform capabilities easier to understand and use.
  • Expanded Studio capabilities: Organizations can explore more of the tools and operational functionality available within the HealthSpace environment.
  • A foundation for agentic workflows: The platform is designed to support AI-assisted administrative processes as HCIactive expands agent-driven healthcare operations.

Connecting the Upgrade to HXE

The changes reflect HCIactive's broader approach to Human Experience Engineering (HXE): using AI to remove unnecessary complexity from healthcare.

In the previous environment, some of that friction existed before the user even entered the platform: installing software, managing device compatibility, or being constrained by the operating system available to them.

HealthSpace Agentic Studio removes much of that friction by moving the experience into the browser and modernizing how users interact with the platform.

But the larger opportunity is what happens inside the platform.

Agentic AI can support appropriate administrative tasks and workflows, helping users manage information, coordinate steps, and move work forward while maintaining human oversight where judgment and expertise are required.

More Than a Platform Upgrade

HCIactive's existing HXE positioning similarly places HealthSpace Agentic Studio at the center of the company's effort to orchestrate areas including benefits management, member engagement, compliance, and wellness through a more connected healthcare operating environment.

Existing clients will receive information regarding migration, access, transition timelines, and support directly from their HCIactive account teams.
