D.A. Davidson Acts as Exclusive Financial Advisor to Day Wireless Systems on Debt Refinancing

PORTLAND, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--D.A. Davidson & Co. (“D.A. Davidson”) announced today that it served as exclusive financial advisor to Day Management Corp. d/b/a Day Wireless Systems (“Day Wireless” or the “Company”) on its senior secured credit facility. Proceeds of the new credit facility will be used to refinance the Company’s existing debt and provide additional flexibility to support working capital, acquisitions, and future growth initiatives.

Headquartered in Milwaukie, Oregon and founded in 1969, Day Wireless is a family-owned provider and integrator of communications, security, and public safety technology solutions. The Company offers a comprehensive suite of services, including DAS solutions, system design, installation, integration, maintenance, FCC licensing, tower construction, tower leasing and communications rentals. Day Wireless employs more than 500 professionals, including over 300 technical staff, and operates across six Western states and internationally through offices in the Netherlands and Ireland. The Company is the largest privately held Motorola Solutions channel partner in the United States and one of the largest Motorola channel partners worldwide.
