Invitation Homes Announces Release of 2025 Impact Report

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Invitation Homes Inc. (NYSE: INVH) (“Invitation Homes,” the “Company,” or “our”), the nation’s premier single-family home leasing and management company, today announced the release of its 2025 Impact Report, Bringing Sustainability Home.

The report highlights several reporting firsts throughout the Company’s operations, including:

  • HERS® ratings and ENERGY STAR® certifications across our new-build portfolio, with 49% of newly built homes acquired through 2025 carrying a documented HERS® Index score averaging 56, and 25% carrying an ENERGY STAR® certification
  • Sustainability priorities spanning environment, social and governance
  • Comprehensive climate-related disclosures prepared with reference to the framework of the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD)
  • A Scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions inventory

"I'm proud of the many firsts in this year's report, each reflecting a simple discipline: measure what matters and be honest about where we stand. That meant broadening what we track and disclose, from energy performance on our newest homes to our company's climate-related risks and full emissions footprint," said Dallas Tanner, President and Chief Executive Officer of Invitation Homes. "That's an extension of Genuine CARE™, and it's something we'll keep building on for our residents, our associates, and our shareholders."
