Corvias Unaccompanied Housing Communities Earn Top Honors in Army Resident Satisfaction Survey

Family housing satisfaction scores rise for the fourth consecutive year

WARWICK, R.I.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Corvias, a trusted infrastructure and resiliency partner to the U.S. military and higher education institutions, announced today that its unaccompanied military housing communities, Randolph Pointe and Reece Crossings, earned “Outstanding” ratings in every major category of the Army's 2026 Tenant Satisfaction Survey for the second year in a row. Both properties achieved the prestigious CEL A List recognition for resident satisfaction and operational performance.

The results also show continued strong progress across Corvias' broader family housing portfolio, where overall resident satisfaction increased for the fourth straight year, and maintenance earned an “Outstanding” rating of 85.0.

Fort Bragg achieved the portfolio's strongest year-over-year increase, recording a combined 9-point increase across overall satisfaction, property satisfaction and service satisfaction.

Corvias’ 22,000-unit portfolio spans seven U.S. Army installations, serving more than 72,000 residents.

The annual housing survey, conducted from March through May 2026, measures resident satisfaction with housing conditions, maintenance, management, responsiveness, and overall living experience. More than 4,650 residents participated across Corvias' family housing communities, while nearly 30% of residents in unaccompanied housing communities responded to the survey.

Corvias continues to invest in comprehensive housing and community upgrades, including a $210 million housing modernization initiative across three installations to improve resident experience and support Army readiness.
