With Four New Legal AI Partnerships and Integrations, Everlaw Establishes Itself as the Evidence Layer for Litigation and Investigations

Announced today at ILTACON, Thomson Reuters CoCounsel Legal, Harvey, Google Gemini Enterprise for Legal, and Microsoft 365 Copilot will connect with Everlaw to help legal teams analyze documents, generate early case insights, and understand new matters while maintaining defensibility.

OAKLAND, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Everlaw, the AI-powered litigation and investigations platform, today announced strategic partnerships with Thomson Reuters CoCounsel Legal and Harvey, along with MCP connectors for Google Cloud’s Gemini Enterprise for Legal and Microsoft 365 Copilot. The integrations expand the ways legal teams can use the AI tools they choose while keeping Everlaw as their trusted, governed evidence foundation.

As legal professionals turn to a growing range of general-purpose and legal-specific AI tools, many still lack a defensible way to connect those tools to evidence when managing litigation or conducting internal investigations. Evidence is too sensitive, complex, and consequential to move casually into disconnected systems, where teams risk losing critical permissions, matter context, and auditability.

These new integrations allow users of Everlaw to securely access their documents, data, and advanced Everlaw capabilities while conducting work in partner platforms. For example, a Harvey and Everlaw user can instantly search millions of documents and metadata to extract insights and uncover case-critical details, a Copilot and Everlaw user can draft deposition questions using facts organized in Everlaw, and users of the other integrated platforms can do the same in their respective environments.

Everlaw’s expanding AI ecosystem gives legal teams more choice. Across the integrations, lawyers can ask natural language prompts to understand their case, analyze evidence and metadata, generate early case insights, and plan multi-step research—all while Everlaw remains the governed system of record for the underlying evidence, permissions, and audit trail.

• Thomson Reuters CoCounsel Legal: The integration will connect evidence held in Everlaw directly with CoCounsel Legal’s research, analysis, drafting, and workflow capabilities. By bringing evidence closer to authoritative content from Westlaw and Practical Law, it is designed to integrate evidentiary analysis with the legal work that follows. The first step in a broader partnership, the integration is expected to be available to joint Everlaw and CoCounsel Legal customers in fall 2026.
• Harvey: The integration connects Harvey's legal AI with Everlaw's governed evidence layer, powering AI workflows for the largest, most complex matters with the governance litigation demands. The first step in a broader partnership, the MCP integration is expected to be available to joint Everlaw and Harvey customers in fall 2026.
• Google Cloud’s Gemini Enterprise for Legal: The integration connects Gemini Enterprise intelligence with Everlaw's litigation-grade search, analytics, and evidence management, letting teams securely analyze litigation data with the governance legal professionals require. The Everlaw MCP integration is available in a private preview and will be available to all joint Everlaw and Gemini Enterprise customers in the coming weeks.
• Microsoft Copilot: The integration brings Everlaw's evidentiary system of record to Microsoft 365 through Copilot where legal teams draft briefs, collaborate, and turn evidence into legal work product. The Everlaw MCP connector is expected to be available in fall 2026.
