Johnston Tobey Baruch Trio Extend Decade-Plus Run Among Best Lawyers

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Johnston Tobey Baruch shareholders Randy Johnston, Robert Tobey and Chad Baruch have again earned recognition from The Best Lawyers in America, extending their run of more than a decade among the nation’s top attorneys.

The three were selected to the 33rd edition of The Best Lawyers in America across practices spanning commercial and appellate litigation, legal and professional malpractice and bet-the-company litigation. Each has been recognized by Best Lawyers for more than a decade.

The court affirmed a judgment ordering specific performance, rejecting an attempt to walk away from an agreement made during litigation and reinforcing the binding nature of stipulations made before the trial court.
