Keyple Makes the Keyple Intelligence Platform Generally Available, Bringing All-in-One AI Recruiting to Agencies of Every Size

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Keyple LLC today announced general availability of the Keyple Intelligence Platform (KIP), an AI recruiting and staffing platform now available to agencies across the United States. KIP is the flagship product of Keyple Tech, the new technology business of Keyple's healthcare staffing firm, engineered in partnership with Fusion Collective LLC. Global availability follows.

We were an agency first, and after trying the same platforms other recruiters rely on, we kept running into the same problems: bloated technology stacks, features we didn’t use, and pricing models that made growth more expensive instead of easier.

KIP unifies the modern staffing desk in one platform: intelligent candidate sourcing and search, applicant tracking, client relationship management (CRM), a connected data pipeline, and reporting with workflow automation. Recruiters run the full pipeline from first contact to placement inside one system, with no point-to-point tools to stitch together.

KIP began with a recruiter’s frustration and that origin is its differentiator. Adán Iracheta founded Keyple as a staffing firm and recruited on that desk himself. He put the available commercial platforms through a hard evaluation against the way a recruiter actually works. None grew with the business or enabled a single pane of glass interface that didn’t require signing up for other platforms to close the loop of the placement. So, he built the platform he wanted and spent the past year running and refining it inside Keyple’s own high-volume staffing operation before opening it to the market.

“We were an agency first, and after trying the same platforms other recruiters rely on, we kept running into the same problems: bloated technology stacks, features we didn’t use, and pricing models that made growth more expensive instead of easier. There had to be a better way, so we built KIP for our own team, proved it in our operation for the past year, and now we’ve made it available to other agencies and recruiters.”
— Adán Iracheta, Founder, Keyple LLC

“Fusion Collective meets a company where it’s at and then takes it where it wants to go. Keyple brought us a clear idea and a real operation to prove it against, and we built KIP from that idea into a product agencies can run today.”
— Yvette Schmitter, CEO & Co-Founder, Fusion Collective LLC

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fusion Collective today launched Sentinel Citation, a citation-integrity platform for federal court filings that checks every citation against authoritative sources and verifies whether each case supports the argument it's cited to support. "Lawyers are sanctioned for citations they never checked, and many tools only confirm a case exists, not that it supports the brief's claims," said Yvette Schmitter, co-founder and CEO of Fusion Collective.
