JSB Financial Inc. Announces Semi-Annual Dividend

SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--JSB Financial Inc. (the Company) (OTCID: JFWV) today announced that the Board of Directors declared a semi-annual cash dividend on the Company’s common stock of $1.55 per share. This dividend is an increase from the previous semi-annual dividend and results in an annual dividend of $3.00 per share in 2026, representing an increase of $0.40 per share or 15.4% from $2.60 per share in 2025. The dividend is payable on September 11, 2026 to shareholders of record on August 31, 2026.
