EOLA Power Climbs 645 Spots on the Inc. 5000, Certified a Great Place To Work Two Years Running

Miami critical power company posts 155% three-year growth while 100% of employees rate it a great place to work

MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--EOLA Power, a nationwide provider of critical power and UPS systems, has been named to the 2026 Inc. 5000 list of America's fastest-growing private companies at No. 2,190, with 155% three-year revenue growth. "On an emergency call everybody is watching. On a routine maintenance visit nobody is, and that's the one that decides whether the emergency happens at all."

EOLA Power was also certified a Great Place To Work in 2025 and 2026. On the anonymous Trust Index survey, 100% of employees said EOLA Power is a great place to work, compared with 57% at a typical U.S. company. On the same survey, 100% said management would lay people off only as a last resort.

That pairing is uncommon in field service, where rapid growth is typically financed by subcontracted labor and high technician turnover. EOLA Power self-performs its work, with field service engineers employed directly by the company and certified in OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, and CPR.

“Leaders don't walk past mistakes,” said Alex Antoncecchi, Co-Founder and CEO of EOLA Power. “We ingrain that in everyone who comes through the door. On an emergency call everybody is watching. On a routine maintenance visit nobody is, and that's the one that decides whether the emergency happens at all.”

EOLA Power serves hospitals, data centers, stadiums, telecom, defense, and federal facilities nationwide. The company is a GSA Contract Holder and maintains one of the largest UPS parts inventories in the industry, including obsolete and discontinued components.
