Millennium Systems International Appoints Michael Wagner as Chief Technology Officer

AI-native product and engineering leader to guide Meevo's technology strategy into its next phase of growth.

PARSIPPANY, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Millennium Systems International (MSI), the maker of Meevo, the award-winning salon, spa, and med spa software platform, today announced the appointment of Michael Wagner as Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

Wagner brings more than 35 years of experience building and leading technology organizations that deliver measurable business results. Most recently, he served as Chief Product & Technology Officer at Fishbowl Inventory, leading an AI-native SaaS platform for inventory and manufacturing. Prior to that, he was VP of Engineering at GAINS Systems, where he led globally distributed teams and drove the adoption of AI and ML (machine learning technologies), including demand prediction and LLM-powered experiences. He also served as CTO at Click (formerly ClickDimensions), transforming the global engineering organization and leading the build of an Azure-based Lakehouse for advanced analytics.

Earlier in his career, Wagner held senior technology and product leadership roles at Truno Retail Technology Solutions, DM Analytics (which he founded and later sold), KPMG Consulting, and Deloitte & Touche, with knowledge spanning the retail, supply chain, and distribution industries.

Wagner holds a B.S. in Mathematics from Valparaiso University and is a frequent industry speaker on AI/ML architecture and enterprise change management. He resides in Atlanta, Georgia, with his family.
