"At Legion, our thesis was radical when we founded the company: workforce management can and should deliver labor efficiency and employee engagement simultaneously — not one at the expense of the other," said Sanish Mondkar, CEO and founder of Legion Technologies. "Our global growth, from multinational enterprises to iconic UK and European brands, reflects the outcomes our customers are achieving: greater efficiency and stronger retention. Earning our fifth consecutive spot on the Inc. 5000 list affirms our leadership in AI-native workforce management, and we're accelerating our investment in Legion AI to deliver even smarter, more transformative innovation at scale."
