Puptqe to Open First Georgia Location in Alpharetta Area

Award-winning dog boutique and membership concept expands its franchise presence into Georgia

ALPHARETTA, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Puptqe, an award-winning pet retailer built around community and experiences, is expanding into Georgia with its first location planned for the Alpharetta area.

The new location will introduce Puptqe to the Georgia market as the company continues its franchise growth across the country. The Alpharetta location will be locally operated.

Founded in 2023, Puptqe was created as a place for dogs and their owners to do more than shop. The brand brings together retail, events, membership and social experiences under one roof, giving local dog owners a place to gather and build connections within their community.

Puptqe opened its first location in Southern California and has since developed a membership community nationwide. The company was recognized as 2025 Pet Retailer of the Year and 2026 Pet Subscription of the Year by the Pet Innovation Awards.

The future Alpharetta location will feature Puptqe’s dog boutique along with its membership, private parties, community gatherings and interactive activities for dogs and their owners.

Community is a central part of the Puptqe model. Rather than focusing solely on transactions, locations are built around hospitality and experiences that encourage people to return, meet other dog owners and create memories with their dogs.
